Outdoor Adventure:
This video is a 2013 promotional spot for Venture Crew 27 as a retrospective on a decade of outdoor adventure trips, both domestic and abroad. It was made for a regional awards dinner to showcase the Venturing program. The project drew on footage from many different camera sources shot over a large period of time, requiring special effort to reconcile differences in aspect ratio, interlacing, and resolution. The piece was edited in Final Cut Pro.

Wedding Highlights:
After creating a longer video of the complete ceremony and reception, this highlights reel was made as a snapshot encapsulation of the wedding. Camera work was done by me and another videographer and was captured using a Sony HVR-Z1U, a Sony HDR-HC1 and a Sanyo Xacti FH1. The music was selected by the bride and groom.
The editing was done in Final Cut Pro. The audio was clarified and enhanced using Soundtrack Pro.

Kickstarter Video:
The Transborder Artist Initiative, an organization dedicated to fostering artist exchanges between Mexico and the United States, needed a video to accompany their Kickstarter campaign to bring a play to the San Francisco Theater Festival. The interviews were shot by me, using a Sanyo Xacti FH1, and the production stills and performance footage were provided by the Initiative team. The piece was edited and color balanced using Final Cut Pro.

Caribbean Vacation:
This is the final segment of a video I made for fun to document my family’s Caribbean cruise vacation. The camera work was all shot offhand, by me and members of my family, on a Sanyo Xacti FH1. The map graphic was built in Motion and the project was assembled in Final Cut Pro.

Travel - Rodeo and More:
This segment is taken from a 2013 promotional video made for Venture Crew 27 focusing on their trip from San Francisco to Yellowstone National Park and back. The piece was shot on a Sanyo Xacti BPC-PD2 and a Pentax Optio WG-2 by the Venture Crew's adult leaders and was edited in Final Cut Pro.

Outdoor Adventure - Snorkeling:
This segment is taken from a 2012 promotional video made for Venture Crew 27 about their trip to Costa Rica. The project drew on footage from three different cameras, shot by two of the Venture Crew leaders and one of the participating youth, and was edited and color corrected in Final Cut Pro.
